        Blown away at this product

        I have been on a contraceptive for 13 years to control (mask) my PCOS symptoms however this year it suddenly stopped helping. I got acne coming back, hair loss, increase hair in unwanted places, weight gain, INTENSE sugar cravings and pain in my ovaries as well as a cyst. I got the recommendation for this product from AI (Chat gpt) it was recommended as the best quality inositol product in South Africa and so I googled it. After reading reviews and seeing the cute branding I decided to buy it. My life has been changed since the day it arrived. It’s almost been 2 weeks and I’ve lost 4.1kgs I don’t crave sugar and have been able to completely cut it out (I was a huge sugar addict before) I can’t believe this one product could help me so much.         I started taking the Inositol Complex on the 29th of November and finally got my period on the 8th of December after not having a period for 4 months. I usually suffer from pain but the pain this time is quite bearable. Some of my PCOS symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety and hirsutism have improved in these few days. Before I had to wax my chin everyday, now I’m waxing every 4 days.         so easy to deal with monthly heavy flows, my flows r so much lighter and iv noticed less cravings as well. my issue is more so with mood swings heavy flows and weight gain. I can say that using this product has helped with all the issues listed however consistency is key to keep all these at bay. iv tried other products and this has been by far the best for me
